Gluten Free Seeded Loaf – gluten-free bread flour (teff and sorghum), egg white, linseed, sunflower seed, apple cider vinegar, psyllium husk, sugar, yeast, salt
Care is taken at each stage from production to packaging to ensure that any contamination with gluten is negligible. The bread is made in a segregated bakery area with all utensils dedicated to gluten-free production. Baking takes place separately from other bread baking and the washing up of utensils is also segregated.
