Flour - Organic white and biodynamic wholemeal wheat flour and rye flour from UK-grown grain from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire.

Yeast - Bioreal organic yeast from Shipton Mill.

Salt - Sicilian artisanal salt from Suma Wholefoods Cooperative in Elland, West Yorkshire.

Dairy products - Organic butter from Calon Wen Dairy Cooperative in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. Organic milk from Teme Dairy.

Eggs - Organic free-range Welsh eggs.

Dry goods - Most of our organic raisins, sugar, spices, seeds, nuts, etc come from Suma Wholefoods Cooperative.
